Flower walk 2010

A most enjoyable afternoon with little wind was enjoyed by members and guests, and about 70 species were noted. We are lucky that, per square metre, the Reserve is richer in plants than most chalk downland areas. The Common Spotted and Pyramidal Orchids are flourishing, and for the first time a Fragrant Orchid was seen.
